Our Focus
- At the moment, we only offer web design for simple, static websites (i.e. no Flash animation or database-based website). Our aim is to create professional websites for small businesses and individuals that do not want to or cannot afford to spend thousands on web development.
- We take a personal interest in every site. Your site should suit your target market, your industry and your goals for the future. We'll offer advice along the way, and we will always listen to any concerns that you may have.
- Clean, modern and standards-compliant websites. We use HTML and CSS to create websites that comply with standards as set out by W3C.

- Search-engine friendly websites. We take the extra time to make sure that your site is coded to help search engines find and index your content correctly.

Costs
You do not need to be a Connect Hosting customer to have your site designed through us. However, we do offer our clients better rates for web design - it's our way of saying thank you for trusting us with the important task of keeping your website safe, secure and available to the world 24/7. You can qualify for Client pricing either by being an existing Connect Hosting customer, or by ordering web hosting when you contact us for web design services.

The Process
- Get in touch with us to discuss your requirements. We will consider your business and industry, and any other requirements that you may have for your site. We will send you a quote based on the number of pages you need and any additional features that you require.
- Once you approve the quotation, a 10% deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, we will start the design process. You may make as many changes as you like to the design.
- Once you approve the design, a further 40% payment is required. Once the payment is received, we will start coding your site. This can take up to 7 working days, depending on the size of the site. Any changes you make to the site at this point will be charged separately, and work will stop until the payment for each change is received.
- We will regularly upload completed sections of the site to the internet so that you can follow our progress.
- Once the site is completed, the final 50% payment is required BEFORE the site will be uploaded to your own web hosting account, either with Connect Hosting or with any other hosting company. Under no circumstances will we upload a site that has not been fully paid for.
- As soon as your site is uploaded, this concludes our business together for web design. If you need changes to be made in the future, you are welcome to contact us to quote you on a per-job basis.
